TRX Golf/Tennis Conditioning
This class is designed with Sport Specific exercises that will increase your performance and over all agility when competing in league play. Cross conditioning is key to improve overall health and will help to decrease injury as a result of overuse or inadequate training.
Specially designed for the expectant mother this class provides a safe environment to stretch, strengthen, and relax while preparing for childbirth. Modifications and variations of many traditional yoga poses are provided to accommodate the physical changes that both Mom and Baby experience during pregnancy.
